Life can really shake us sometimes and things can get a little messy, I want to remind you (and myself) that it’s essential to be kind to ourselves. To be kind to ourselves is to allow more space for the good things in life by nourishing the body and the mind.
The smallest improvement is a victory, which is actively changing your future no matter how little it may be. Nobody can love you more than yourself so always put yourself first, even if that feels super hard, I believe in you, trust your inner power. ♡
